Payment Procedures

Please consider the following guidelines regarding your payment to guarantee the safe delivery of all our services.

Please accompany your email order with the following information:

  • Your name and surname
  • Your postal address
  • Your telephone- and fax number
  • Your email address
  • Your preferred method of payment; namely credit card or bank transfer

Credit Card Payment:

  • Please include your credit card number as well as the expiry date on your card
  • Once we receive your order we will generate an invoice
  • Your order will then be manually processed in our shop
  • The delivery will include a receipt for the purchase

Bank Transfer:

  • Upon receipt of your order we will furnish you with our banking details, as well as an invoice
  • Kindly deposit the exact amount into our account
  • Fax the deposit slip to us at: +27 (21) 686 2152
  • The delivery will include a receipt for the purchase
