Payment Procedures
Please consider the following guidelines regarding your payment to guarantee the safe delivery of all our services.
Please accompany your email order with the following information:
- Your name and surname
- Your postal address
- Your telephone- and fax number
- Your email address
- Your preferred method of payment; namely credit card or bank transfer
Credit Card Payment:
- Please include your credit card number as well as the expiry date on your card
- Once we receive your order we will generate an invoice
- Your order will then be manually processed in our shop
- The delivery will include a receipt for the purchase
Bank Transfer:
- Upon receipt of your order we will furnish you with our banking details, as well as an invoice
- Kindly deposit the exact amount into our account
- Fax the deposit slip to us at: +27 (21) 686 2152
- The delivery will include a receipt for the purchase
